Observation

Based on the self-reported complaint at Cascade Crhistian Academy, the allegations that a five-year-old child was left outside unsupervised for around thirty minutes, is determined to be Valid. This is a violation of WAC 110-300-0345 (5) (c) (viii), since adequate supervision was lacking due to child being left outside unspervised.
